using our Shopping Cart.
To
make a purchase simply click on the "Order" button next
to each listing and the item will be added to your shopping cart.
To keep shopping click the "Keep Shopping" button.
Once you have decided on your purchases select your country from the
drop down menu and click "Recalculate" to get the shipping
cost. Then proceed to the "Checkout", and fill in the form.
(Make sure your details are 100% accurate, we don't want your package
to be lost in transit!!).
Once you have confirmed your details you will be given an Order or
Shopper ID number. Make sure you take a note of this number.
(A copy of your
order is also emailed to you). If paying by credit card proceed to
our Secure
Credit Card page, fill in your credit card details and quote your
Order/Shopper ID number. (Note your card is not charged via this page,
all charges are processed manually).
Your purchase is now complete and we will process your order unless
there is a problem with your Card information or if there will be
a delay in supplying your selections.
Credit
Card Security.
Our
order form is placed on a Secure Server. Credit card numbers are stored
until retrieved by cdkiwi.com. If you prefer not to transmit your
card number over the Internet, you may fax or telephone us with your
credit card information.
Your
Privacy.
We will not rent or sell your name, address, email
address, credit card information or personal information to any third
party without your permission. However, we must cooperate fully should
a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to
provide information about a customer.
If you have subscribed to our newsletter or purchased from us, we
may occasionally update you via email of new listings and special
opportunities. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time
by replying with the word UNSUBSCRIBE.
Risk of Loss.
All items purchased from cdkiwi.com are made pursuant
to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title
for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Money
Back Guarantee.
We guarantee your satisfaction with all cdkiwi.com
purchases. You may return any item in new condition within 30 days
of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping
and handling charges). If you paid by cheque or money order, cdkiwi.com
will issue you a refund cheque upon receipt of your return.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send
you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned
the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional
shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
Product Availability.
Although we attempt to keep all listings and product
availability information accurate, cdkiwi.com cannot guarantee that
a item will actually ship right away, as inventory can change from
day to day. We will place any such item on backorder and advise you
of this via email.
We will make every effort to get the backordered item(s) in stock
as soon as possible. If we haven't been able to locate and ship the
item(s) to you in 21 days, an order status email will be sent to you.
If for any reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer
available, we will cancel the item from your order, notify you immediately
via email, and delete the item from the cdkiwi.com catalogue.
We will never charge your credit card until the item(s) are ready
to dispatch.
Overseas
Sales.
We have to process all Credit Card transactions in
NZ$, the customer is liable for differences in any quoted price versus
the final transaction charge due to exchange rate fluctuations, as
billed on your credit card account statement. Whilst we endeavour
to provide the most up to date currency conversion available, we can
not be held responsible for variations in the quoted price versus
final foreign currency price.
Artists Information
Submitting a Recording.
The Artist must grant cdkiwi.com the right to publicly
broadcast and distribute the Artists work (audio and visual) in order
to promote the product. All comments and suggestions about your lisiting
on cdkiwi.com are welcome.
The Artist is responsible for verifying the integrity of any information
they provide for their cdkiwi.com listing. Submitted material may
not violate laws (copyright or other) or infringe on the rights of
any person. The Artist agrees to indemnify and hold cdkiwi.com harmless
from any and all lawsuits, claims, judgments, liability, costs, fees
or expense associated in any way with Artist and the submitted recording.
The Artist is wholly responsible for the expense and distribution
of any royality fees applicable to the submitted recording.
This agreement shall begin on the first day the Artist's listing appears
on cdkiwi.com. Either party may terminate this agreement with 21 days
written notice. At the end of Artist's association with cdkiwi.com,
any unsold merchandise will be returned to the last known contact
address of that Artist.
Product
Pricing.
Prices shown on merchandise within these pages are
calculated from the cost price to cdkiwi.com. When submitting a listing,
we will contact you to establish our cost price and therefore the
published catalogue price.
Sales Guarantee.
Although
cdkiwi.com is constantly working for you, we can make no guarantees
as to how many CD's/recordings you will sell. You can help us in our
endeavour by telling as many people as possible about the cdkiwi !!
